What Does a Pharmacy Technician Do?
Pharmacy technicians split time between the dispensing counter and computer systems. In retail pharmacies, you'll spend most of your day entering prescriptions, counting pills, and handling insurance rejections. Hospital pharmacy techs work more with sterile compounding and medication carts for patient floors.
