About West Georgia Technical College

West Georgia Technical College (WGTC) is a public community college in Waco, Georgia, serving a seven-county area that includes Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Heard, Meriwether, and Troup. WGTC offers various types of courses, including technical education, adult education, adult basic education, adult secondary education, English as a Second Language, and continuing education, providing short-term non-credit training for personal and professional development.
