The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at ATA College is an 18-month Associate of Applied Science Degree designed to train students for entry-level sonographer positions. The program combines online classes with hands-on training in on-campus labs and an offsite clinical externship, covering medical terminology, anatomy, ultrasound principles, and sonographic studies. Graduates are eligible to pursue certification as a Registered General Sonographer through the ARRT.
