Oakwood University

Oakwood University, a historically Black Seventh-day Adventist institution, offers 58 majors across five schools, including arts and sciences, business and information systems, education and social sciences, nursing and health professions, and theology. Known for its strong undergraduate medical school applicant pool, Oakwood ranks among the top educational institutions in the South. The university's choir has earned three gold medals and two championships, including the Choir of the World title at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod in Wales, UK.
