Central Piedmont Community College

Central Piedmont Community College is a public institution in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The school has an open admissions policy and a student-faculty ratio of 19-to-1. Central Piedmont Community College was founded in 1963 and is part of the North Carolina Community College System. 

It has six campuses and three centers, offering nearly 300 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. The college is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and offers online courses.
